Dental surgury??

im on day 3 of my 3rd week c/t i developed a abscess tooth the last couple days i have a dentist appointment tomorrow idk if they're going to want to pull it or not but im having some significant w/d today and the anxiety and worry of tomorrow is driving me nuts what can i expect? im afraid of what will happen im having high bp issues and the typical hard core w/d
