Hi. I'm not having the achy feeling you're having but I am experiencing the feeling of being on a boat and a general swooning sensation making walking straight & balanced a bit of a challenge. I'm also 7 months out. I've read other accounts of fellow benzo buddy's experiencing the same thing. There is no rhyme or reason to any of this. I have found that regular power walking and/or running for at least a good half hour daily really helps to correct things-at least until the next weird symptom hits you out of the blue. I hope this helps to at least calm your nerves a bit-we're all in this together and we're not crazy! Hang in there! We'll all be fine-eventually!🍀

I had the awful boaty symptom for a few weeks during taper and now at seven months it's back. With it also came benzo belly, blurred vision, chemical anxiety, plugged ears, the whole magilla  :'(

Hang in there.

Thank you for your answers.  :) The pain and boaty feelings are gone... just like that!! but anxiety, severe nightsweats and an overall feeling of not being able to think clearly or focus took their place instead + all my other baseline symptoms that never went anywhere. Aaaah...... Im so totally fed up with all of this!!! It seems neverending. Goes on and on and when you think you are feeling a tiny bit better the shit hits the fan!! Hope you are doing better than I am today!

You just explained everything I've been experiencing since December. It seems to let up throughout the day, but earlier in the morning its at its worst. I can't wait till this heals up.

Yeah, it's the worst in the morning for me also.  Keeping my fingers crossed that we all get relief soon.

Ah yes, I forgot about these symptoms. They've emerged for me also in the past month or so.  I don't get night sweats, but get them randomly throughout the day (especially right before, during, and right after my period).  And like you, I often really can't think clearly - like some sort of anxiety/DR/DP mash-up.  I really thought I was on the upswing, almost ready to go back to work full time, then BOOM, back to hell.  This process does seem never-ending.  So incredibly frustrating.

Hang in there everyone.
