Have am in the middle of switching from diazpam tablets to liquid...I feel sick as a dog to the point of I can barley eat,can't afford to lose any weight as I weigh 8 an half stone!am getting panic attack An complete feelings of terror real bad to the point am paralized an my skin is burning!..could this be just a wave??or his my body reacting to the liquid?i don't know what to do....carry on an wait to stabalize or change back to tablets?thank you 💕

Why don't you do a combo of tablets and liquid...like 7mg tablets and the rest liquid.  Just use liquid for the "cut" portion of your dose.

Hi builder...I wouldn't no how to cut the liquid.i got told removing the afternoon dose was a no seen as tho I dose 3xs a day,my friend said to take it equal off each dose!to be honest am that scared shitless of how to proceed an all the horror stories,have made my self ill with it all.am to afraid to do anything I feel like am going to be at 5mg forever.have been holding for 3 month due to terror

1)  "Cutting" the liquid is simple.  What is the concentration (mgs per ml) of your liquid.

 

2)  You absolutely do NOT need to balance your doses with V.

 

3)  Quit reading the horror stories.  They have caused more suffering than benzos.

Have just changed my morning dose to 2.5ml liquid An 1mg tablet An I take 2.5ml liquid in the afternoon.an 2mg tablet at night!!

OK, it you add 5ml of your liquid V to 15ml water, now you have 2mg in 20ml, so your ratio is .1mg per mil

 

So, for example, 1mg=10ml, .9mg=9ml, .8mg= 8ml, etc.  You can easily lower your dose by tenths of a mg (.1mg0), or even hundredths of a mg (.01mg)

My liquid is 2mg/5ml I have no way of getting off this stuff because I don't understand anything...am going to have to stay on a benzo I just don't get anything...am too tramatized to do anything!thanks for your help,I have no way of getting off 😢
