I took this supplement last night and had a bad reaction which is sticking with me till this hour. Intense anxiety and nausea. Anyone have a reaction like this. I'm never taking it again.

No it's the one, in addition to helping with herpies if you are deficient it can increase stress induced anxiety. I'm not sure now if it was the supplement or what because now I have the full blow flu combined with my period so it's possible it was that.
