Anxiety on phone

Any time I get on the phone lately I get really anxious- chest pressure, palpitations, etc.

 

Am I the only one that deals with it? Could it be that just talking and socializing, even on the phone, is just too taxing?

Yes any kind of interaction gets me revved up and panicky

At the onset of my wife's tolerance and all of this, she would freak when the phone rang. Many many times she would not answer.....even if it was her own family.

Boy what a difference 3 yrs makes. She now talks 2-3 times a week with her mom and sisters with just a slight bit of anxiety, and that seems to be only when the phone rings.
