I take two doses a day of Valium.

One in the morning and one at night.

I've kept my night dose at a constant 6mgV and I take my liquid dose in the morning

I've just been decreasing just my liquid in the morning and taking the same 6mg at night

Example:

.625mg liquid morn  6mg dry night

.600mg liquid morn  6mg dry night

.575mg liquid morn. 6mg dry night

.550mg liquid morn  6mg dry night

.525mg liquid morn  6mg dry night

.500mg liquid morn  6mg dry night

I started on at 6.9 on Jan 20 and am down to 6.5 as of Feb 5.

I have fallen back into what I call my

"deep hole" I feel like crap AGAIN!!!

Should I split my doses evenly

Example: 3.25mg morn and 3.25mg night

I've decided to stay at 6.5mg but for how long?

When I feel soooo crappy I need SUPPORT!!!

Anyone else have problems around 6.5mgV

I think splitting your doses evenly is a excellent idea.
