1 year out today / Not yet a success story

Nothing new to say today.  Withdrawal is still the name of the game.

 

Dear Buddies,

 

I made it up so far holding on to my routine and keeping busy all day long and seeing friends even if I dont' always feel like it.  I can count on the unfailing support and love of my husband.  Benzobuddies has been and still is a life saver.  Knowing I am not alone and definitely not crazy and...that there is hope.

 

Symptoms doesn't seem like they are going to subside anytime soon.  Muscle pain, tingling, burning sensation, head pressure, joint pain, tinnitus and excruciating fatigue are still part of my daily regimen.

 

After this is all gone, I believe there is not much I won't be able to be faced against.

 

My thoughts goes out to all of you.

Congratulations on reaching the one year mark!  Healing is slow for many of us, but if you've gotten better in any way at all, that shows you're on a healing trajectory.
