Today I could exercise, and had a nice window!

I took a few fish oil pills today, and got off the couch and exercised, and found myself in a nice window afterwards. I think its time to start working out again. That's how I got through this madness the last time. Never-the-less I'm grateful for the window.

Yay  for us.  Last time I took a fish oil pill I was thrown into acute -  it was the weirdest reaction to a supplement yet for me.  But today I was running around doing errands and not completely preoccupied with w/d!  W

Yes the fish oil kind of had me anxious, probably won't take them tomorrow. What really helped me today was going to exercise. I notice anytime I choose to get up and not just lay around, I always feel better, however in the morning its so hard to get up and move about. Getting out is a very good distraction. I'm glad you were able to run errands today and felt better. I hope tomorrow is even better for us both.
