I am new here, tapering off Valium

I am joining to get some advice and support on my taper from Valium. I have taken Valium and Xanax and Klonopin in the past.  Now I am taking Valium as a crossover from Klonopin. I am tapering from 10 mg, using tablets and liquid. So far, my worst symptoms are insomnia and depression. I hope to receive some support here, as well as offer any support I can. Thank you. Welcome from me too. Those are both fairly common symptoms. I had them both as well. How quickly are you tapering? The recommended reduction rate is 5 to 10 percent every two weeks.  You have come to the right place for support and advice. We have some really great members. Again, welcome.
