How often should you dose klonopin?

I've always dosed twice a day but was reading that it might even necessary to dose 3-4 times a day with klonopin.

 

What time and how often should I dose? Right now I'm taking a dose around 7:30am and a dose at 3:30-4pm. When I started seeing my pdoc he said it wasn't necessary to spread my doses apart further but I feel like dosing every 12 hours would be better.

I dose three times, as close to seven hours apart, once when I wake up, then 5:30 and 12:30. I keep the doses the same time everyday except for wake up dose.

people may disagree because of the half life, but in my situation having a steady amount in blood stream helped. A lot of people dose three or four times a day with klonopin.

I dose 3 x day. I just spread my liquid K evenly throughout the day. 7:30 am, 3:30 pm, 11:30 pm.

Once a day, milk, 1.5mg - No issues at this stage.

I dose 3 times a day, every eight hours. That has changed some, though.
