Benzo Belly ...bloated stomach help

Im about 10 days free of all benzos.  Xanax, clonazepam, and Librium for last taper.  4 days ago something suddenly happened to me stomach and it has NOT gone away.  It feels like I have a baby in there.  Extreme stretching, bloating, and pressure.  It sometimes hurts to breathe.  I can't even bend over without extreme pain.  Also the pain goes into my back.  I have two kids and the only time I ever felt something like this is when I was 9 months pregnant and the baby would move around.

I've heard this is called Benzo Belly!

Can someone tell me how long this lasts?  Does it come and go or does it just stay like this?  What did you do to help it? 

I've see the coconut water kefir helps.  Im drinking it and nothing yet.

Congratulations on being Benzo free!  I have this too and it's a symptom of benzo withdrawal-I've read of many other folks here on BB that have/had it, too.  It seems to come and go for me but, I hear it goes away as our bodies recover.  The Nurse Practitioner I worked with to taper thinks that Benzos can affect our Gut Motility, making things move too slowly or too quickly and can cause the bloating, pain, etc.  It has gotten better the longer I've been off Benzos.
