Why I feel like 24 hours on adrenalin 6 months out?

Is this agitation?I just cannot calm down.I do not sleep I do not have peace.I feel like my head will explode?I feel like dancing all night and I done that still no sleep or calming down.

What is wrong?I am 6 months out.

It's agitation, and is common with high anxiety.  It helps to literally pace around, get that energy out.  It will pass in time, but very tiring when one is going through it!  You can read more about this in Claire Weekes' books - they are wonderful.

I wake up every morning with that adrenaline rush which triggers my anxiety.  I am almost 10 months out and the anxiety is still almost as bad as it was when I first jumped.

I still get this 12 mo out... Not 24 hours though.. but when it hits It's awful

 

I get horrible restlessness and agitation

 

I have to seclude myself from people

I had that 24 7 for 2 years. It finally let up and i can sleep and exercise the bad energy out! But when i had insomnia i was a lost soul. Suicidal.. Terrible dark depression.. But it gets better. Try to force yourself to take walks during the day and drink alot of water. Burn off that free cortisol. Get it out! You'll be alright !

Thanks everybody for answering.I am doing that.I am walking, practicing, cleaning all day.No nap, no rest and on night still like I have sleep all day.Not tired.And like that now 8 days.O feel like I will explode.What can I do?Til when it will last?
