At 5 months and 3 weeks just had a week of walking 5 miles a day feeling 75% and POW a wave like month 2. Even my teeth hurt. Anyone in this time period get set back this far?  For how long?

I'm 3 months and 3 weeks out and last week I was the same; walking 5+ miles a day and maybe feeling 75%. Now this week feel like I'm back in acute. Makes no sense.
