I was up all night I tried to sleep at 8am again and I think I slept 9-12pm then maybe another hour after that, the only thing is that I always seem to have dreams, I cannot remember them fully but it seems every time I think I doze I dream and of course I dont think its Deep sleep cause my sleep Quality is awful
