36 months off

I wish I had better news. I have no idea how ive survived the last three years in acute hell. Yes ACUTE! With very little breaks.  I had over 150 sx easily.  Symptoms just drop off bit i bever get out of the 24/7 horror.  I guess if you look at my.sx list I look like im healing. So do I wsit this horror out another 10 years like polenta? However, I dont know how one goes through this without ptsd. I truly wish I had not believed all those people that said acute only lasted 3 months or that the worst was over.  I truly wish I had reinstated and done a slow taper. I can not put into the human language what I have endured mentalluly and physically and xontinue to endure. I have missed my sons whole life.  I pray this is my year...I pray I never have to look back. I pray for my son. He is the only reason im TRYING to believe thos ends... That and the fact that symptoms have left.  Noone deserves this level of hell..

So sorry you still suffering 3 years out. That just not fear! I'm a very kind person but sometimes I wish to give to those people who made  this med for 2-3 months and CT them to feel what kind off pain we have to go through.

I'm 8 months out and no real window yet. Suffering with burning thingling head and scalp for almost 2 years now. Last 2 and half year was all trying medication on, CT 2 times, taper 2-3 times, reinstated 2-3 times..... all doctor recommended. I feel like my brain fried for good and not able to find a way back.

Anxiety and chest pain and head pain are my worst symtoms. Getting more depressed every day crying with pain.

What I would like to say to you, you have to keep pushing. For your self and for your Son. I saw here some people healed around 3-4 years mark. Maybe your healing is just around the corner.

Most day I don't want to go on too and I miss my life, my grandchildren, my children, and my wonderful husband. Poor men has see me every day my suffering and not able to help. But for those people I'm pushing and hoping to get back my life one day. You had some symptoms left that's is a sign of healing!!!! Hang on to that and more will come!

I'm a month short of 3 years and I've suffered alot too. Thankfully alot of my shmptoms have eased up about 75% on good days so i'm grateful for those moments at this point.. I still suffer from having a difficult time following conversations.. I'm emotionally numb and my body feels off.. But ive made alot of improvements so its not all bad. I feel optimistic about the next 2 years.. I believe ii'll be healed within that time

WHAt benzos and for how long did u use? Did u cold turkey rt ot taper? Really curious. Thats horrible all your pain. So sorry

Wow 36 months out and still in withdrawal, that's unbelievable.  I am 10 months out and experiencing worse symptoms that at 6 months out.  I'm hoping that I would be healed at 12 months.  Now I'm not sure.
