Don't know what is happening.  Parasthesia symptoms mainly tingling and burning in legs and arms came back with strenght.  I now can't sleep.  This cause my anxiety to spike.

 

Anyone has been experiencing this issue ?  Any tips on how to resolve that ?

 

I see my psychiatris today and I am sure he'll want to prescribe neuroleptic medication.  I don't want that.  I can live with the tingling during the day.  I just want to sleep.
