Anyone have experience with a low dose SSRI (prozac 5mg) during withdrawal?

I'm seriously considering it, and it's such a low dose that I shouldn't have too many complications. Can anyone give insight that took a very low SSRI dose?

 

I've been obsessive and OCD my entire life, I think it would help with that anyways on top of the fact that benzo WD makes that 10x worse.

My pdoc prescribed 10mg of lexapro but I opted not to take it because it's one more chemical messing with my brain and body doing their thing,healing.

 

I also was told on a different forum that there is no evidence to support an ssri helps with benzo withdrawal.

SSRI's wont interfere at all with GABA healing though. And maybe it would be useful for people with extreme obsessive thoughts. But yeah it's kind of a crap shoot, true
