Today was rough!!!! Ended up in ER!!!! Again..

Started off with extreme anxiety this morning which never left. Brain fog that didn't lift at all today. Had stomach issues, with no appetite. I got to my office with anxiety and ended up vomiting. After that I felt weak and dizzy. Laid in my floor for a while, and still didn't feel better. I saw my first two clients and then went straight an urgent care where they ran test on me and my blood came back with no issues. So they diagnosed me with GAD. I explained about my benzo withdrawal and he all but laughed at me and said "I've never heard such a thing." I'm frustrated and tired of suffering at this point. I feel like I'm stuck in a hole and I can't get out. But, I know healing is coming, but today was just not a great day for me. I hope tomorrow is better.

I am sorry you are not feeling well. I am not feeling so well today either. I was having severe dp/dr and burning scalps.  I hope we will get better soon. We will it just takes time and its hard. I am glad your tests are normal.

Hey Tracy. Yes, I had dp\dr too. You are right, it takes time, and we are healing. I'm not giving up, just frustrated. Thanks for your post. Hope you start to feel better.

Sorry to hear you had a rough day today. I can totally relate to no one believing in prolonged withdrawal symptoms.  I know you are strong and will heal. *hug*

Sorry to hear about your bad day.  I had a pretty tough one myself with extreme anxiety.  We just have to keep pushing on and moving forward.  Another day passed is another day closer to healing.

Wow and you used such a small amount for such a short amount of time. And you have been off over 6 months? This drug is crazy, sorry you gotta deal with it. That's horrible.
