Hi. Glad to have found this site. Can use all the help I can get. Have done a ton of research on tapering and withdrawal and I know this will be a huge challenge after 15 years on klonopin at 3-4 mg a day. I am currently tapering from 3mg at 10 per cent per week until I get to .5 mg then I'll take it monthly or slower. Wish me luck! Thanks

I'm a 3mg of klonopin for 10 years guy myself. I had to trial and error myself but I did the same thing in the begining and lets just say if I could go back and change things, I would have gone much slower. One year into my taper and 1/3rd of the way off. My best advice is if your feeling bad hold until you feel better again before another cut. Take a timeline out of the equation and just taper so you feel well the whole way down to zero no matter the duration.
