i hit the one year mark yesterday, and I still struggle everyday with horrific anxiety\depression.  Everyone I know says to take an anti-depressant, and I have refused so far, but it is continually getting worse.  Where can an exhausted soul find any help?

I keep battling with myself to take an antidepressant as well. I really want my body to heal itself on it's own. But this anxiety/depression is killing me. I have the worst mental symptoms ever from xanax.

Xanax is bad, i refused too take anything
