Not a good day

Not a good day today . Woke up feeling tired and no energy.  Burning scalps are extreme. I had to use my fingers to tap my head frequent to get some relief ...saw people who are happy and I struggle with these 😭

I feel you... 

Pretty same over here, second day already, feeling shitty. I feel like I could lay in bed all day, don't want to talk to anybody or do anything, don't even feel like watching netflix. No joy in anything. Nothing seems like fun. Just want this awful numb depressed feeling to lift.

All we can do is wait for a better tomorrow

Thank you for the responses. I read success stories and have hopes, but its not easy waking everyone morning feeling scared to face the day full of anxiety, dizziness, etc.
