Waking symptoms!!!

Hi Everyone.

Just wondering how people feel when they wake in the mornings?

I'm just over 10 months out and the morning would have to be the worse time for me unless I'm in a horrible wave and it can last all day.

When I wake my eyes are burning, pale, nauseous,  no energy and a feeling of entrapment comes over me. It's like a dead weight is holding me down. I lay in bed until about 10.30 to let the symptoms ease up a bit and then the day slowly improves. (not always)  :'( :'(    Does this sound like a  typical benzo withdrawl scenario??

I cant wait for the day that I wake and feel like bouncing out of bed and loving life.

This day has to come for us all.  WE DESERVE IT!!!!!!

Hi,

My mornings have been improved. I used to have adrenaline surges around 8AM-10AM. That has changed. I don't have any in the morning if I do it would be in the afternoon.I still feel tired and less energy though. However, I managed to get up around 7AM and get ready for work.  I wish I could sleep /stay in bed by 10AM.

Thanks Tracy.

I admire you for getting up so early and heading off to work.

You deserve the best and I hope it's just around the corner for you.

I'm lucky to be able to sleep in although at times I think it has become a bit of a habit for me. I've been thinking of getting up earlier and adding a few more activities to my day.  Its a long day in bodies that are healing.  I would love to live somewhere with a warmer climate and wake up with the sun.  I'm sure this would get me up and hitting the beach early for a swim in warm water.  Where I live the water is always cold even on a hot day.

Take care

Tallow Love
