Im two weeks since my last dose of .5 Valium....I feel like this is hell. Is this the acute phase and if so how much longer does it last?

Im two weeks since my last dose of .5 Valium....I feel like this is hell. Is this the acute phase and if so how much longer does it last?

 

We have all been where you are.  I have been where you are.  And, yes, it is hell.  But it will get better.  Sometimes slowly, sometimes quickly.  There is no rhyme or reason to the healing process.  Just hold on and know that this shall pass.

I am definitely doing a lot better than those first few weeks.  If it wasn't for this place I would have lost it.  There's a lot of support here for what we are going through.

What dose and how long were you on benzos? I believe you listed your taper?

I couldnt make it...had to updose back to 1mg and feeling some relief...I jumped too soon or too big. Going to taper this much slower now.
