Congrats Sunday!  It's a big step and you should be proud.  It's OK to be "scared" (which most of us were when jumping).  Keep this board at the forefront so you can keep coming back.  We BBs are here 24/7/365.  Just knowing your sxs are normal and experienced by others, should help quell any anxiety or intrusive thoughts.  You will be OK.  Stay on it!  We are all proud of you.
