How do i know what's me and what's withdrawal?

I was much the same. I was alone for my entire taper and WD. While I think loneliness is a part of WD, and it does improve as we get better, but - like me - being alone was one of the worst thing about this whole thing (maybe the worst). Just make sure you reach out when you need it to someone and if you don't have anyone you can message me anytime

Me too Nony. I have been through a lot in the last 14 months and one of the worst part of it has been isolation and loneliness. I broke up with my GF who I lived with for 12 years about 2 months into it. I have never been alone before or not for very long. It has been a long hard road but I have gotten through it. You can too just hang in there. Isolating ourselves is a big part of it. It sucks but it is all we can do.

I feel like I need to keep distracting myself. And distraction works, kind of nicely, so I think - hey, I must be okay, I'm just doing this to myself.

I'm 14 months and I still feel that way so I'm hoping you and me are normal and we are going to get better.
