I feel stuck

I'm just 11month's out and feeling much better, when l look back l can't believe how far l have come however l feel as if l am not moving on l seem to be in this permanent state of mind, whilst l don't expect to be fully recovered yet (l don't think l am far off) l can't understand why l am not getting neither windows OR waves just feel stuck don't get me wrong l am greatful for how far l have come but don't seem to be moving on anymore.... I wonder if anyone can tell me if this is normal love Katrina

What symptoms are you feeling these days, K?

I know that feeling... the normal world is turning so fast and sometimes it seems our accomplishments are happening too slowly and are too less.

But thats not true, - scientifically you would have to compare yourself to people with the same starting positions, circumstances and so on.

I dont "judge" my life in "waves" and "windows" any more, I focus just on moments and on the ability to make good moments no matter in what mess I am, that makes it easier for me to face the numerous problems I have to fight at the moment while I am still having some bad WD issues.

 

So, yeah, I think its normal to feel like that when you are not one of the lucky ones that feel healed after 11 months,- but its also normal for every human who has to walk a very very long road, to forget how far he has come and not to see the end of the road, right?
