Pressure on solar plexus.

I get this pressure on my solar plexus from time to time, it feels like someone pulling in towards my spine. It feels really uncomfortable and makes breathing difficult.

 

Anyone else having this?

I also get discomfort in my solar plexus. It's horrible it makes me think something is terrible wrong with me. Has it gone away for you?

It comes and goes how it likes. Have had it only few times occasionally.

I get this too. Quite a lot. It's like my diaphragm is being squeezed. Scary. it also makes me feel like it's restricting my breathing. It's all part of this I believe.
