Well 4 nights ago I tooka Remeron, it did not help but somehow the following 3 nights I slept, though it was broken and awful, then last night came and boom, Could not sleep at all again, I stayed in bed till 11am, maybe by 7 I dozed abit but that was it......There is no End!

 

As I said before if you did not Know I am on a measly 1mg Ativan withdrawl from 2 years now going on 4 months, though I doubt the getting to sleep thing has anything to do with withdrawl as I stated before I had the Getting to sleep Issue before I even got on the ativan
