Sinus infection during withdrawal

Looking for any suggestions on what OTC meds were ok for you to take to help with nasty congestion from a sinus infection? I'm taking a Z-Pack (Azithromycin) and a Benadryl at night but during the day I'm suffering like hell and nervous to take anything that might increase sxs's. Any suggestions would be great.

Lots and lots of fluid...Benadryl could e drying you out too much, just a thought...

I have chronic sinus problems since I started WD. For me the most helpful thing has been a gentle nasal spray with seawater and  aloe vera. I use this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/QUIXX-SOFT-nasal-spray-2-6-30-ml-/252362354527 , the gentle one doesn't dry out your sinuses and aloe vera moisturizes.

Saline irrigation of your sinuses, limit the caffeine, cool mist humidifier in bedroom.  My sinus problems predate the benzo w/d but do seem to be a bit worse, maybe from the drying effects of medications and the winter weather.

I never had sinus problems until about 3 years ago.  I finally found what works for me, but of course I'm not a doctor, so this is just what was best for me to help with sinus pain and congestion.  I use a saline spray, humidifier, Flonase only during my allergy season, limit caffeine juicing, and lots of water to hydrate.
