Who feels like they're 100? I am 36 and legit feel 106. Can't do this, or that BC it's going to affect my back, or my brain, or whatever else.

Yes - stiffness in my body and bad knees.  I am a lot older than you (59) but I'm hoping this will pass in time and I will feel a bit younger and more supple.

I still mostly feel childish in my head like always,  :D but in my physical state I feel ready for an elderly home with a coffin besides me. Let's say 99, 7 years for now :(

And Klonofree, it won't affect anything, you will heal, we al will heal no matter what!!!

Re feeling childish, did anyone else become completely childlike in WD? Feel like I need to grow up again.

Yes, in the sense that I insist on allowing myself my feelings these days, and do not allow ANYONE to shut me down.  I was not able to do this as a child, all feelings were inadmissible by my parents, so I had to relearn to trust my feelings.

I have a friend whose mother will be 102 in May and she's in better shape than most of us here.  Up and about every day, enjoying her food and wee tipple, traveling a bit, no severe health issues, living the life.  :crazy:

I feel the same. Every day I see jogging pensioners here where I live, at the age of 70, and they are all what we Germans call "fit like a sneaker", that means I swear they could make a marathon. While me and my dog are walking like blind old injured people, slowly, carefully, deeply breathing.

:yippee:

But! No comparison with my situation 1 and 2 and 3 years before! Its slowly very slowly getting better. Perhaps one day, I will fight one of the pensioners (who will be 90 then) and will run in front of them shouting "gotcha!"

::)
