    I took 2mg - 3mg of clonazepam everyday for 7 years.  I went through a bad break up and suddenly realized the K was not working. I had a level of anxiety that I had not ever experienced before. I started to realize that I had to get off of the medicine but had no clue what I was about to take on. I tapered for 2 months and made the jump September 8 2016. I am now 4.5 months completely off benzos.

Hi,I'm new here too and wonder how you tapered? Was it pretty easy? I'm on 1 mg of klonopin daily for 9 years,want off cuz like you mentioned it just doesn't work as good anymore and I refuse to go up in dosage
