Swelling in face

Has anyone noticed a mild puffiness in their faces? I feel like my cheeks and eyes are swollen from fluid retention. I don't understand why...I don't take in much salt and I also drink lots of water.

 

I went to the doc and he said I have a couple smaller veins that aren't functioning optimally.  I'll get those closed off to improve circulation. But as for the face, your guess is as good as mine.

Same here.  It is worst when I wake up in the morning.  God I am so pale and dark circled.

I also am pale and have dark circles...despite getting sleep. It makes no sense!! I wish I understood what my body is currently doing to heal.
