Terrified taper will get worse

Is it possible to feel better the lower you go?

I'm scared that if this continues to get worse where I'll end up.it's gotten so much harder under 6mg. My mental health is so bad right now.

I have done my smallest cut to date at 4.5% and feeling awful. Also for some strange reason things get worse for me in my 2nd week now.

Hey sonia,

Its a shit of a med, hey...!

Yes, i was starting to feel better, but cut too big and a little fast... -it caught up, but to b fair, i got warning signs...

2nd week is worse now too...

Prob best to say i would do longer holds (3wks) and smaler cuts (0.25v) below 2.5v, if i did it over...

But DLMT seems to be the sensible choice for me, after this hold...

Just dont keep pushing if its going bad, unless u have a very good reason...

Hope u feel better asap.

This is the same pattern I just noticed for myself. It started taking 2 weeks or more to feel any relief and my sxs's were becoming more than I could tolerate. I have no advice just support. This is so tough at times and I really do hope you feel relief. Hold, updose, continue to taper...whatever you choose, I just hope you fell well soon.

Hey sonia sorry to hear you feel so crappy, I would hold until you feel better! My taper was just that. I had very bad cuts and just held them until I stabilized. I did the dry cutting method!

According to the British national formulary you can get symptoms up to the end of week. If I get any I seem to be fine until day 18 then have a few bad days then wait till I have stabikised before cutting. That is the key never cut whilst symptomatic it's not a race. Sometimes it can get easier on lower doses my last 2 tapers were harder at the beginning but it varies from one person to another.

been in tolerance withdrawal since late 2015, took me almost a year to figure out what the hell was going on with me.

i have pretty severe symptoms 24/7, before I ever even realized you could hit "tolerance withdrawal"

small cuts, big cuts, tapering, holding, doesnt matter. my symptoms are constant, though intensity does rise and fall.

makes it awfully tough to distinguish when the right time to make a cut is, ive been doing this blind basically, fumbling in the dark.

tapering as rapidly as i can stand cause i cant really stand anymore of this bad acid trip.
