Little headaches often

Hi Buddies,

 

I was wondering, do others get little headaches alot of the time? Sometimes the headache comes with a little bit of dizziness. I find paracetamol without codeine helps but popping painkillers all the time is annoying. Thank you.

I seem to go through waves where I have a non-stop tension headache for weeks. I stopped taking pkers for them and just ride them out. I have a slight one now and it's been there for as long as I can recall...like a few weeks now I think. I will say that I was prone to headaches prior to benzos too.

I get headaches before benzo...and now I learn in "hope and help for your nerve' ...is one of the symptom of anxiety...The headaches I have with benzo wd...or...burning scalp...are much worse than prior benzo...Some days I have it very extreme and other days just slight...I took motrin for it but no help at all...so I just ride it out..

I never really got headaches pre Benzo but since my head pressure went, I am noticing I do get more 'normal' feeling headaches. I can't take painkillers because of my Subutex program and their stupid drug tests because of the risk of false positive results, but they don't do anything anyway. I did try Ibuprofen and Paracetamol but they caused my sxs to flare up and didn't touch the pain. Mine don't last long and I'd much rather have them over head 'pressure' any day
