I know bemzo withdrawal can give you them and my sister is epileptic and I have seen her have a few and it terrified me, please help me calm down, I am so worried I am going to die. My fiancé has to go to work in an hour and o Amal

Unless you CT from a high dose of benzos, your seizure risk is near zero.

Songbird: It can be rather terrifying to see someone having a seizure.

You did a cut a few days ago, I know how the fear can be just overwhelming.

You will not have a seizure and you are not going to die 💚

I felt so dizzy, lightheaded and weak yesterday, it was my BP. .down to 89/58. Thought I was gonna die but no, just the BP going mad  :idiot:

You are not alone. You will be fine  :smitten:

Screaming nightmares used to destroy my whole day. What I found helped was to get up, turn on the lights until I calmed down then I'd go back to bed if possible. But they now are very infrequent. And no you're not dying and your risk of a seizure in my opinion is none to zero. You're feeling this way sadly is normal. But remember it will, pass. Sunny skies ahead. Hang in there. B

I also had these fears when I started tapering. I have never had a seizure. I had all kinds of other health fears as well. This is what withdrawal often time looks like. It causes a lot of health anxiety and fear in many people. Hang in there. You can always hold and go slower.
