Asking for compounded Klonopin tablets for taper, what does RX look like?

Currently at 0.25mg b.i.d. and finally through a MAJOR wave that was miserable for weeks and weeks after going to this level.

My drug benefit includes compounding.  Wanted to know, if I do the ashton method, if I could ask for my doctor to write:

0.01825mg tablets (custom) b.i.d. quantity sufficient for (?) weeks then... (next taper sched)...

What I don't want is to go alllll the way down to 0.125mg at the next prescription or use 1/4 tablets.

In layman's terms, could I ask for 0.1875 tablets?  And what would a compounded prescription LOOK like?

I'm familiar with the latin over the years from being on meds for a long, long time but if my doctor is like "WTF?! compounding?" I want an example, and I want to communicate this to my provider IN WRITING in case I have a problem.

What I mean is, for example an example Klonopin (regular) prescription could look like this:

clonazepam 0.25 tbs. #60

sig: 1 TB PO BID

what would a COMPOUNDED prescription "look" like, say on a standard Rx form?

Can someone show me what would be in parenthesis below?

clonazepam (PLEASE COMPOUND TO 0.1825MG per oral tablet)

If someone could show images or give an example in writing, I'd appreciate it.  As this is a controlled substance I'm hesitant to ask a pharmacist.  And I won't have time at my appointment.

Thanks,

airzonk
