I cant take it! This is insane!!! Kindled my ass to hell! Unbelievable! Without even realizing it til it was too late! This is bullshit! I am almost tempted to go on and stay on! Cant keep putting freaking benzos in your mouth!  Any suggestions greatly appreciated! Nice freaking cold turkey again!!

From what I remember don't you drink.alcohol on the regular? I don't think you can heal ur gut while doing that.

i am so sorry. I just went back and read some of your earlier posts. You have really had your fair share of pain. My heart goes out to you. Is this your 5th or 6th CT? I did three myself. However, my symptoms once past the acute phase were all mental. I did not have the physical pain that you have been through. I rarely suggest a reinstatement but when symptoms are both severe and debilitating for over a year it may be something to consider.

15 months off ultimately 4 ct with some rescue doses. What the hell is my problem

man that's rough. You were 31 months off and you decided to go back on? How long were you on for before you decided to ct again?

 

for me going back on isn't even an option because I've already obliterated my GABA receptors into  oblivion. If I took another benzo I would find myself in harsh tolerance withdrawal.

 

Once you've cold turkerey a few times the withdrawal process gets worse and worse.
