C/T Antihistamine Phenergan for sleep..HARD one!

I have had Phenergan for years. Used to have zolpidem. But stopped them CT without problem after 9 years of use. The only side effect was insomnia. So I got Phenergan from my doc. I few times I had got palpations and shaking a lot all kind of sxs but have related them to my Valium w/d. Sometimes I had take Phenergan 25 mg each night and some weeks 2-4 times. I tried to not take them for a week and damn! I got such a bad w/d from them. In Sweden they are sold as antihistamine in The US as a neuroleptic??. Here in my country it is like 4-5 side effects reported and that they don't need to be taper off at all just go C/T. Well after a big research I had found out that the Swedish report of side effects and not taper them off is a complete lie!

 

I have all kind of sxs and start to wonder how bad my Valium w/d really is. Feeling like a mix of opiate/benzo w/d but moderate. It itch every where...I have nausea, my stomach is upset, shiver, anxiety, a lot of anticholinergic effects.

Lucky this crap hold on for about two weeks.

I stopped taking them because I got a rapid heart beat. I know this is not benzo w/d I can feel the difference.

 

Anyone else using antihistamine for insomnia? Even Heather Ashton says this is a good sleeping aid. Well I guess NO!

And the poor updated side effects about the medicine is not updated since the 1960 

 

Both my doc, at the pharmacy and the company that distribute this meds says You don't have to taper them off. Strange when it says so in both America and England 

 

I stopped at Thursday last week and I will ride this crap out. But a warning from all kind of antihistamines. They need to be wean off.Say a medicine now these days that don't need that.

 

I am so afraid of medicines at the moment and I did trust the pharmacist when they said no worries. 

Who can we trust in this billion $  industry of medicines?

NO ONE!!
