What dose am I on?

A 0.5mg Clonazepam (Klonopin) tablet weighs 200g on digital jewellery scales, so 100g = 0.25mg and 50g = 0.125mg......I am now on 30g, what dose in mg's is this?

Thanks in advance for any help  :)

That's a good number to be at. I jumped from my K at .006 mg. I cut until I could not see the tiny piece of pill anymore. But then again I'm a wuss...........

Thanks greatly. So I should be ok to swap this dose of Clonazepam for say 3mg of Diazepam (Valium)?

Yeah, you could, but why?  Crossing over runs its own risks of symptoms.  Why not just taper down the clonazepam a little more then jump?

I am on Diazepam already, 10mg in the morning, been on this dose for 17 years. I read that Diazepam is meant to be easier to come off of than Clonazepam so thought the hardest part which is lowering any further of the Clonazepam (Incredibly hard now I am near the end) would be just to swap over completely to Diazepam?

Despite the Valium you are on, I still agree with this quote. That's what I did.................

You cut from 0.25mg K (per your sig) down to 0.075 all in January?!  That's very, very fast.

Yes it is. Despite you getting rid of the lion's share.
