Sunday, 1/22/17: head pressure when laying on the couch and when I got up felt faint, felt like I was going to pass out, eye pressure, shaking/shivering, anxiety, sad/depressed, irritability, noises setting me off, unable to process and handle any stress,nausea... 6 days post cut.

I did that, and it helped me. If a symptom hit I would check it and realize it happened to me before and that it would go away and knowing that calmed me down. Its a smart thing t do for yourself.

I found an app "Diary" that I write in every day.

Then I can see my progress and also when my w/d hits me after cuts. I write how I feel, my sxs and which day I am on since last cut. Can look like this : 1/1 Day 1 of 1 cut .75 mg

I did a cut today. Feel stable enough. Some sx still present like headache and insomnia. Hope this lower cut will be easier to handle than the one before... 1/7 Day 7 of 7 And here we go again. Peak in my w/d. No sleep but less sxs than last month. Stay positive. Took a walk in the forest. Pm New sxs turned up other fade away. Waves and windows 

 

Something like that :)

I use this app as well.  I started with it one year ago.  Thought I would be long done now.  I also journal separately.  I think I am going to set up a table on the computer so I can bettter momtior the number of days. 

 

Its hard to see trends in the journal or diary.

I have a written journal. List important sxs and in general what I accomplished on any given day. I go back and page through it so I remember that oh ya this happened before. Also tab very good days to remind be that I actually have them. It helps a lot. B
