trading symptoms

Does anybody else notice that when one symptom comes on, another disappears?

Early today, I dealt with horrible anxiety, rapid heart rate, and had to pace.

Then I felt nauseated and the anxiety disappeared.

It changes all the time.

Anyone else notice this?

Also,

is it a good sign that physical symptoms seem to be lessening while psychological symptoms are now emerging?  Is that a sign of healing?  I am trying to be positive........

Yes. It's not often that I'm symptom free. Maybe twice a month for a short time?

But, I'll notice my pain go away but then my DP/DR spikes. I'll take it and I'm content, because pain is my worst symptom, but it's very much a tradeoff.

Those moments of zero symptoms though.... Pure heaven

Yeah I've traded a good few sxs since December. I had head pressure and Tinnitus pretty bad in acute, but they let up quite a bit and have been replaced by awful malaise and lethargy. I am pretty much bedridden at the moment, I've lost all my friends, who wants to know someone who is 'lazy' and spends all their time in bed?. It feels like I am spending all my time recovering from the few times I  have to go out, like today. My sxs have flared up because I had to go to the pharmacy as I do on Tuesdays and Fridays. I am in a lot of pain too. Neuropathic pain mainly in my legs and pelvic area and severe right side issues. I can't walk without help now. I am very frustrated, angry and fed up, nobody told me this would happen to me when they were rushing me to stop using the Benzos.

All my sxs are physical, apart from depression and apathy which are a by product of being very sick for such a long time.

I was searching for a topic like this before creating one. My symptoms are always changing. I didn't have any brain zaps for a long time in my taper (I did to start off with) then today my body has pretty much stopped aching and I've been getting a lot of brain zaps. I wonder what's in store tomorrow!?

It has been a constant cycle through my symptoms for me.
