I have always been sayng I wish I could stay up longer to do more things I wanna do that I cant during the day, I always count hours till I have to try to get to sleep, just wondering if maybe I have the Fear of sleep, since I keep saying I want to stay up longer to do things which is why when I need to sleep I can never get to sleep easy and my sleeps are always awful when I awake

When I was in your stage I counted every minute until I could try to end my day.  I think many do.  Now, I am the opposite I count the hours I get to stay up.  I think your insomnia is from withdrawal and not from a fear of sleep.

Its not withdrawl and I can tell you why, I had a Problem getting to sleep BEFORE the Ativan thats the reason I got on them, the Quality of sleep maybe its from WD but the going to sleep parthas nothing to do with ativan or withdrawl because that was the whole reason I got on it to begin with

I had the same thing, Mark. Learned later that some simple CBT, or Sasha Stephen's Effortless Sleep Method (sold online), would have helped me for sleeping before meds. Benzos made me unable to sleep, even with CBT and Progressive Muscle Relaxation recordings. And I am now sleeping much better than I have the last few years when on and withdrawing from benzos. I also know I have CBT skills to fall back on once my body/brain return to normal and I can't fall asleep. Reg insomnia and benzo insomnia are two different things; one can be helped and controlled if you know how. Benzo insomnia can rarely be helped. Hang in.
