Hi everyone

Just joined and i am so glad to be here.

I was on diazepam up to 30mg day For over 5 years

And i am now down to 5mg per day.

I was also given 15 different medicine and just before christmas I had enough and started taking away 5 Of the other medicines completly and also benzo down to 5mg.

One Of the hardest thing ive Done , I did IT on 70 days and have now had a "paus" with No medicine change.

And this is the first week i start to feel a little bit ok

Need support and to give support. It's hard but IT is going to be okej :-)
