Rapid metabolizer of Valium, anyone else???

Hello, I know I've posted on many boards and on many different things, but I found out I am a rapid metabolizer of Valium.  I tried to switch to Librium for my taper (I'm at 5 mgs of V). But I don't tolerate it well.

 

I am going to switch back to Valium and do a slower taper.  Anyone else in the same boat and can offer some advice or suggestions?

I was reading the other day that someone who is a rapid metabolizer  of Valium takes a small amount of grapefruit juice am and pm to slow it down.  I think it was kittybeanbag.  Sorry, that's all I remember!

Yes, I did PM her and she told me that as well...looking for more info and if anyone else dosed more frequently or how they tapered it.
