Tinnitus/electricity white noise in the head

Tinnitus - white noise crap in my head has been back with a vengeance today. I had a few good days last week where I could hardly hear it and boom it's back roaring above everything. It makes me feel so low emotionally. It's the inescapableness of it. Wake up with it. Fall asleep with it. Horror. Absolute horror. Fortunately I got out and did stuff anyway but I really need a good day and a nice wide window again. I need it to go away. At 4.5 months off Clonazepam I'm painfully aware that its early days. I hate this symptom so much.

juat saw this and that nobody replied.  Tinnitus and hyperacusis have been two of my worst symptoms. They aren't anymore but are still there but much improved.  I'm 13 mo. off it will calm down and you will get used to it to where it doesn't really bother you honestly.  if you look back through my post you'll see how terrified I was of it but it turns into a low hiss and you'll stop being afraid of it and it will just turn into part of you until it hopefully goes away.  But even if it last a long time like I said it will turn into something benign.  I know its hard to believe that when its screaming and freaking you the F out.
