My morning dose helps but my evening/night dose makes me feel worse

I'm taking (or was) taking 6 doses since I can't stand a 10mgs dose. My morning doses doesn't affect me (doesn't meke me feel better but at least not worse) BUT my evening/night doses are making me feel SO bad! palpitations, dizziness,brain zaps, short of breath. I have even skipped some doses because of how bad I feel. I'm cutting again to 20mgs from 25mgs, and thinking about changing my schedule to 20mgs in the morning and only 5mgs later in the day, someone else gtting this?

I get it but I don't feel this way on Valium. The drug itself may be causing you to be ill. Take that one with a grain in salt. I dose 4X a day because the duration of action of Valium seems to me to be short. I take most at bed and it helps me to relax. I also take Seroquel and I believe that's the reason that I don't have any symptoms. I am not recommending that you take that drug because it can be difficult to come off. It's also not a nice drug. If you think you can get away with dosing more often, but by a lesser amount each time, then if it were me I would try that. I also believe that dropping by 5 mg the next cut would be too much. But it's up to you what you want to do. Either way, once you are off you'll eventually start to feel much much better. Good luck to you in whatever you decide.

Thank you benzogirl, I think the Valium is making me sick, now I'm scared of taking it and scared of not taking it. I'm going to cut not by choice but because I really feel that my body needs less of it, it's making me feel worse

I see your point. I guess if it made me ill I would want to get off it ASAP........
