Insanely stiff muscles

If I have anixiaty ,I can't tell ,all I have is insane muscles tightened to the point if I stand my back muscles want to break my back,my shoulders muscles  are pulling them to my ears ,my head muscles are causing head pressure that gives me brain freeze and others may have this but not delibitating like me so if I could beat this muscle issue ,I could function fairly normal, and after 4 years ( year 5 is next month) if I don't find a way to walk again more than a few feet ,I don't know how I can survive! Never a window plus each year the muscles have gotten stiffer to where 20 feet with a cane is it and that's to my bathroom ! So it gets worse than that will be to far!

I posted this link somewhere else today:

http://www.benzobuddies.org/forum/index.php?topic=159952.60

I hope this helps you as much as it helped me.

There are many links within this thread, you really need to carefully read through and click on the links and read them to understand the information.

Sorry that so few people have replied.  Most people on the tapering threads are consumed by taper issues, you see more of these discussions on the post withdrawal boards.

Have you tried physical therapy?  I have severe muscle issues, and have pretty much lost the ability to walk without muscle relaxers (non-benzos).  I start physical therapy in a week.

Very intense  Muscle stiffness and disabling pain were  my most severe and long lasting symptoms. You can see what finally helped me in my success story, see link below in my signature.

My muscles are so cramped up I can't talk without getting dizzy. Trying to give them some relieve with walking long but slow,  easy yoga. Both twice a day and massage my muscles and rub then in with heating oil. It's all no miracle workers but it's a little easing up.

Gonna read your successtory greengirl!
