Yesterday I had a pretty high intensity day- after not sleeping my anxiety was through the roof and all my symptoms were bad. I slept well last night so today is better but I'm noticing soreness in my lower abdomen area. Is that withdrawal related or maybe just because I was so anxious yesterday?
