Can someone explain "windows"?

I've heard other people refer to "windows" on here. From what I can infer it is a period of relief from symptoms, would that be an accurate interpretation? I'm at 3 months klonopin free and have yet to experience this. Can anyone tell me when they started to have these "windows", sometimes I'm afraid I'll forget what normal felt like!

Also, do they last minutes, hours, days, weeks?

Thanks!

Hi!  When I have what I call a "window" is when even just a couple of my symptoms have gotten a little better. It's not that all of the symptoms have gone, but they are a little better so I call it a window. During my withdrawal I have never had all of my symptoms be gone for any amount of time. Everyone is different and these symptoms come and go and change as they will so it's really hard to pin down what is exactly a window. I hope this helps you. And welcome to the Forum!
