How strong we are!

Today I have awful anxiety, stomach pains, muscle tension, you name it...but I did go surf some big ass waves, with my best friend, in the winter, on the east coast today. My hairs falling out and I've lost 20lbs since I began my taper almost a year ago and still have more to go. Everyday hurts but we can't give up everything that we love. We need to feel human in this mess. Be strong family, hope this helps someone else who has agoraphobia and panic or anxiety, like I do during this all.

I just remember being in a horrible way when I first got hit with my withdrawal and hearing about others doing things that seemed impossible to me helped make it seem doable. Thanks for the support
